Data deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

• Email admin@avenuexads.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include the name and email address you used with us.
• We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days. We tell you if the law requires us to keep any records, such as invoices.

If you connected an account through Facebook or Google

If you gave us access to a Meta Business portfolio or a Google account, you can remove it yourself. In Meta Business Settings, remove AvenueX Ads under Partners. In Google Ads, remove our manager account under Access and security. Then email us and we delete any data we stored from those accounts.
